This is exactly what I am hoping for in Windows 8. Minority Report control.

I imagine my arms getting pretty tired after a little while. Eye movement/location tech should be a factor as well as speech. It's stunted with just gestures and a mouse and keyboard is much easier and faster. I also want the Minority Report type control, but with more too.
