I was leaving downtown Richmond, I saw a police officer out of his vehicle. While I was talking to a friend on the phone, I put the phone down, grabbed my megaphone and as I drove by him said, "Stop harassing people - we pay your paychecks." He apparently jumped in his car and proceeded to pull me over.... This video is the result of my Freedom of Speech.

Police do NOT have special rights, and I nor most people I know, have not given any consent to have special authority over them. I own myself, and govern mySELF. It's time more people stand UP for THEIR *Individual* rights. I encourage you to ALWAYS have a camera on you. THAT is your first line of defense against the police. Learn your rights and KNOW THEM!
Check out a GREAT website that helps hold police accountable at CopBlock.org

  • @Wrongway1965 .. -> but I do have to say that 95% of my dealings with them in Va. have been positive..

the guy called attention to himself & thats why he was stopped.. he did it loudly, but not illegally.. the cop should've just mumbled under his breath about it & let it go, but he didn't,..(he's never worked a basketball game with rowdy fans?).. so now there's a lawsuit.. & to you, its a lame ass case, just a ticket for being loud, but accoutability starts @ home 1st & then grows

  • @jburge426 .. guns may not be registered, but the purchase of them is certainly noted due to the 'instant check',.. where I stand there like a dumbass for 1.5hrs while they make sure 'Its OK' for me to purchase/own/possess a firearm.. & I'm sure that data is just 'forgotten'.. & way to be respectful of someone who may not know the details of Va. State Laws..

That being said, the PD's & SO's, but especially the Troopers in Va., they're great.. I do get paranoid of cops, but ->

  • You really did your best to push all the buttons you could. But you know what? I'd be willing to bet money that in your time of need, that same officer whom you tried your best to denegrate would show up and give you all the help he could, because that's what a good police officer does: protect and serve. Throughout your whole ridiculous ordeal, he maintained a high degree of professionalism and for that I commend HIM.

  • @CuntyMcShitterman Guns are not registered to individuals in Virginia, dumbass. Only concealed carry permits are.

  • the first thing that pig did was check 2 see if he had any weapons registered 2 him

  • Man, I gotta tell you, this is not helping a very real issue. I think you know that as you seem to be an intelligent person. You of all people should know, you have to pick your battles.

  • Oh another point just to show everyone how stupid you really are, "I will call the mayor". Hey dumbshit, VCU officers are STATE officers, they work for the Commonwealth, NOT the city of Richmond, therefore the holy mayor would have no control, pull, or power over them. Thank you for proving your idiocity.

  • Furthermore you wrote "and I nor most people I know, have not given any consent to have special authority over them". Have you ever voted in a state election?? Then guess what dumbass you have given the police authority over you. You put the elected legislator in office, who then write and enacts the laws of this Commonwealth, which the police are sworn to uphold and enforce, guess what.....there you are giving them that authority.
