hi i am 11 yr old and i have been pushed into a wall very hard and now i have leg joint pain and its extremly painfull i feel like its streching my muscles every time i walk would i need crutchers plz help ASAP
I strangly did my calf in my warm up track in aerobics. It felt tight, like a rod up my calf that won't let go. I could continue as it wasn't too painful and I had to, being the Instructor.. But a week on its still 'tight' no pop but I dont want to jump around on it. Its very very bruised after massage. Dr visit today may be in order after reading your posts.
First did mine playing racquetball. I was on crutches for 4 days but then it felt strong enough so I limped for another few weeks. Fast Forward 3 months... here I sit with another one! Good grief. I always, without fail, warm up.
I got a sprained calf playing basketball. I didnt warm up as usual and after 10 minutes of play i was hit with a sharp pain as though someone threw a small rock and hit me in my calf, I looked around to see who threw something and saw nothing unusual and came to the conclusion that my calf muscle popped, and boy did it hurt!
I did mine by jumping over a rope after a came of football and landing funny. But we won 6-2 against a german team so it's all good. I also tore my calf muscle playing football.
Pulled my calf so bad playing tennis when i ran full speed and then stoped and it felt like someone stabbed my calf muscle, i just dropped screaming, couldnt walk for a while
I was playing badminton when a "tuck" sound on myleft calf. I knew something was wrong. Wow, the pain started and could not even walk. It swelled and the next morning, it swelled and the blood started to clot and move to the foot. Cannot walk at all. hopefully it would recover in 4 weeks time.
