Wow!!! Wowie Wow! This was such a great song to dancet to as well !!!! You could jitterbug OR cha cha....

I think there should be at least one or two radio stations playing music from the 50
s - 60's and 70's 24/7 on a Nationwide broadcast . I Bet they would get the Biggest Listening Audience of All the Other Stations Combined !

@VinylFullofSoul I wish that would happen, too...but I won't hold my breath. I had a rental car recently that had SiriusXM satellite radio, and I was in hog heaven! 50's on 5 and 60's on 6 are my favorites. All JetBlue flights have satellite radio, too. Great stuff!

You can't go wrong with any of the records by the drifters. Their 1962 recording of WHEN MY LITTLE GIRL IS SMILIN' is one of my all time favorite by them. In fact, when I bought that record as a kid, one of the few records I played over and over in my bedroom on my record player and almost wore the grooves out.

@larrynealwaxmuseum I love "When My Little Girl Is Smilin'" too; it should have been a huge hit and should be played on oldies radios nowadays. Someday, the REAL oldies will hopefully return to FM radio.
