After becoming depressed from dealing with so many weak video game characters, (well, okay, that's a lie...) this spin-off series was born, which is about the complete opposite!

As there are also many very strong enemy characters in video games, this series isn't limited to just playable characters. The second episode is about one of the most powerful RPG characters of all time.

Just a side note, back in Red/Blue, enemy Pokemon did not run out of PP, making Mewtwo's Recover that much more terrifying.

I love mewtwo! God I miss the days of me and my Mewtwo running around the playground fucking kids up in battles. Also Sorry to mention Melee but I will say He is one of my fav chars in that. no matter how lightweight or low variety he can be he's still my bud! Great vid thanks for the trip down Memory lane!

That's why I ALWAYS cried and CURSED my head off at Mewtwo!! Either he fainted OR he'd WHUP my ass OR made me run out of PokeBalls (Meaning ULTRAS), and I had like a good 20 or so!!

@Commanderoko Yeah, but Life Orb and Calm Mind gives the same boost in one turn as Amnesia did back then ;) Only about a 10% less boost, only real difference is that Mewtwo suffers recoil, but then again he still has Recover. If Shadow Ball existed in 1st Gen, that and Psychic and Submission (for chansey) would have annihilated everything... Shame he had to choose between thunderbolt and ice beam all the time =P

and lets not forget that it had that amnesia, which back then doubled both special defense and special attack. one turn, and its stats are insane.
