centering the Alcon Restor with Purkinje Reflexes

why are some Restor patients unhappy? can it be because the visual axis and the optical center of the alcon restore are not aligned? The video was taken at the slitlamp with the patient looking into the center of the light. The purkinje reflexes were aligned. This helps us examine the location where the visual axis runs through the IOL. The first patient was unhappy with her implants and felt cheated, the second patient was ecstatic. enjoy the movie and comment. I wish to learn from all of you.
