  • Keep yourself in belly dance posture while you slide your hips from left to right while keeping your feet flat and your torso in the same place. Once this feels like second nature, you can bring in the second part which is the rotation to get the figure 8.

  • yeah... but how do you keep your torso still while moving your hips??? seriously my body doesn't seem able to do it.. its so frustrating... any tips?
