@dove61k make sure u got sub ink it costs around £50 per colour for 125ml and make sure you got sub paper as well without these two it wont work i doubt its to do with tempreture of the machine tbh

how do you heat press if wanna print own logo in bottom of the mug??

I have the same mug press but my photos are not going on the mug. Can you tell me what temperature and time are you setting yours at? thank you
