    plyo=rebounds

  • Power squats are awesome. Get your gluts, hamstrings, and calves all working cohesively; talking about sore after 30 minutes of a combination of these exercises.

    Love how she made sure to tell people to ALWAYS keep your knees aligned or behind your ankles; don't let your knees go beyond your toes! Helps with proper form and control.

  • careful on the jump ups, I once did them onto an obstacle about a foot high (when I first started) and I fell back, strained my wrist, pulled a muscle in my neck, and was inches away from a concussion... on soft grass mind you.

  • @hennas87 Plyometrics are considered exercises that create a contraction from a stretched position with an explosion. I am sure rebounding fits that definition :) Be well. Alycia
