Power squats are awesome. Get your gluts, hamstrings, and calves all working cohesively; talking about sore after 30 minutes of a combination of these exercises.
Love how she made sure to tell people to ALWAYS keep your knees aligned or behind your ankles; don't let your knees go beyond your toes! Helps with proper form and control.

careful on the jump ups, I once did them onto an obstacle about a foot high (when I first started) and I fell back, strained my wrist, pulled a muscle in my neck, and was inches away from a concussion... on soft grass mind you.

@hennas87 Plyometrics are considered exercises that create a contraction from a stretched position with an explosion. I am sure rebounding fits that definition :) Be well. Alycia
i love how easy these are to remember and that you can tell that these are great workouts because even though you are in amazing shape you are still out of breathe! i love it
