@moddingpc If your email has ended up on a "spam list" you registration can be delayed. Try another email address. People who have repeatedly posted advertising to forums in the past end up on a spam list, not saying that you have - sometimes mistakes are made.

Scoby your site is amazing and you have been one of the stepping stools in my research of health and fitness but one complaint that I have is that on one of your pages for nutrition you claim that to lose on pound of fat a and gain muscle an 140 lb bodybuilder should eat 1600 calories a day! thats dangerous and is below the daily needs of any moderately active person and could cause serious health problems.

@domedeed1 Please join the forum, we would be glad to debate this point with you there. I stand by my numbers, an average 140lb person who wants to lose 1lb fat per week should consume 1600 calories per day - this is a conservative and safe rate of fat loss.
