  • One day, this fine young gentleman will get his reward.

He's paid his dues in full.

The world owes it to themselves to check out his art.

Dax Riggs is a step ahead.

  • he is a really sweet guy - very quiet and introverted - he just wants to talk through his music - not these awkward interviews......

he is a fantastic talent - please come play London UK Dax! :>

  • @littlealibye Actually, the real Dax loves making music. Real music. Not money.

  • More interesting than some encounters I'm sure...I'd met Dax at a Deadboy show and we talked a bit about music and whatnot...seems like I walked into the 'trap' of asking whether he was ever going to embark on another 'heavy project' again, said at the time he indeed was thinking about it. Offered my services as a guitar player. I'll never know as his fiance was there and she eventually decided that finals the next day weren't that important after all. Can't blame him, fiance < random fan ;-)

  • As someone who's made that mistake (not as bad as some) please STOP ASKING about Acid Bath, especially in a personal conversation. He's really already done as much as he could with that style. Point out a better pair of albums. What the world needs is some ROCK that matters instead of just bubblegum and pop 'punk'. Goatwhore has the metal thing covered, relax.

Dax walked away from AB with AOO in 2000, get over it. It's only been a decade. Quick, ask Sammy Hagar if he's reforming Montrose!

  • That's what I like about him so much, I can relate. I'm very quiet and introverted too and would prefer to do my talking through the music as well.

The guy, along with Townes Van Zandt, is my main inspiration when it comes to music. Total genius.

  • Are you trolling littlealibye? This man never emits a sour/bum note, he's always goddamn intense and into it, much much more than most people playing music in or out the industry. He's the real deal. Listen to his bootleg solo shows, you may or may not like folkish music but if you can discern truthful expression you'll get what he's doing.

  • yooo!! msg me! id is in my profile on the top. <3 muah bye K

  • Wrong! Dax is exploring his musical boundaries and making the most of the amazing voice he was gifted with. You're the one who's being shallow and narrow-minded if you think that. Dax's career is on a roll! But if you like metal so much check out Goatwhore, Golgotha, Shrum, Soilent Green, Superjoint Ritual, Down, and Crowbar.

  • You're a gawdamned idiot.

We all like Acid Bath, but that doesn't mean you have to be ass.

  • yea, i liked acid bath to.
