This is really quite excellent, despite a few flubs. I like the fortes (in the right places) the quick pace, and especially the confident navigation in the hard parts of the middle section, where the thread of the argument can be lost. Of all the Bach fugues for a solo string player, this is probably the best one, written around 1740, possibly for Silvius Weiss. Bach wanted fugue composers to "show fire and re-animate the theme by interludes." Fullerton as a player does that perfectly.
