Robotic welding Y-cell

Servo headstock, tailstock in Y formation with single robot for welding small parts. Tooling/fixture designs feature access from both sides. ABB robot and integrated external axes provide coordinated robot motion and tooling positions for superior weld quality. Miller Auto-Access power supply provides standard and pulse welding capabilities to weld a variety of small parts on this cell. Automated tooling/fixturing reduces cycle time and spatter-resistant coatings reduce maintenance.
