I actually prefer my pel meni to be sealed much simpler. Just cover and seal the meat filling, please. A fancy folding requires too much dough, and I don't like it as much when the meat:dough ratio is too low.

The real question: how do you eat them? Traditional style, where anything more than creme/butter and maybe some dill is too much? Or with spices (the place I liked to get it from served it with a hot chili sauce diluted with rice vinegar, plus sour cream, curry powder and cilantro)?
