It takes 3 stripes then a belt test , to move up in rank.

I don't really know that it has a name. All you do to do it is roll back on your arms and kick up to your feet. Hope this helps. It takes PRACTICE!!

@crapwithoutrap It's not a specific Jiu-Jitsu technique for as far as I know, but be careful when you try to practice it. A friend of mine broke his wrist practicing this during training because he fell down on his arm. If you really want to learn I'd advice you to ask around for people who know how to do this and learn from them.
