@sefub What? Your comment is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard! Legalize marijuana because salt and sugar are used in excess? Listen to yourself!

This video is surely a big help. All of us are consumers of excessive sugar and salt. We should all care about the consequences. I'm glad to have chanced up with this informative stuff.

@frvfilms You know, I live in Australia and cola is made with sugar here. I've always wondered how different it tastes with high fructose corn syrup. If I ever come to America I'll have to see what the Coca-Cola is like!

The trick is to eat freshly prepared food and not processed food we get from cans or from fast food joints. And fresh fruits and veggies have no salt at all.

@valken666 I was being politely intolerant....... but now your comment pissed me of so i'll just be brutally honest ....... she's a fat cunt !....... oh and fuck off!!

Interesting but a very easy way to go crazy. I was listening carefully but I could not trace some advice on how to reduce the salt since everything contains salt. I have stopped using salt but I know even the water contains it. Therefore how on earth can I figure out how much salt is my intake. I don't eat potato chips or salty snacks, I don't eat fast food but I cannot live on green salad.....since even uncooked chicken already contains salt.......................

@frvfilms Thats even worse than sugar!
The govt makes marijuana illegal but allow food manufacturers to put salt and sugar in our foods so much so that we have no control over how much we consume. If salt and sugar cause so much health problems make the food companies stop using it and legalize marijuana.

@Woodspiritsoul There's no need totally cut salt out of your diet! you actually need a certain amount, just don't overdose on it like crazy. eat natural food, and ad a bit of salt if you like. no need to worry.
