@numanuma20 The Son Clave is in 4/4, and it cuts across two bars. There are five beats to the clave, either 2 in the first bar, and 3 in the second bar, or just the reverse. In 2/3 clave, the clave is played on beats 2 and 3 in the first bar, and on 1, the & of 2, and 4 in the second bar. 3/2 is the reverse. Also, the clave beat on FOUR should be heavily accentuated in Son Clave. Rumba clave is nearly identical to Son, but the & of 4 is played instead of 4, and the & of 2 is most accented
The traditional clave is played 4/2, usually with the tresillo (the 3) first
