  • Hay, can you show me your break-in procedure?

like type it out to me by step thanks :D

  • @Naturepheonix 5.0

do you own a novarossi ? its not the same breakin as a OS ,Thunder tiger

    google br/manuais/22.pdf

  • @Naturepheonix

fuel mix will be perfect. Set the high-speed needle to a rich setting, respect its optimum setting and fly gently maneuvers

without loading the engine. The gentler the first flight is, the more powerful the engine will become.

After break-in period is possible set RPM at desired target point and start to lean the high speed needle setting, to get the

    engine towards max. performance

  • Yes! finally!

  • @Naturepheonix

    5.1 ENGINE BREAK-IN

REX engines dont require a long break-in period, 5 full tanks will be enough, during break-in fly, pay attention not to run at

max RPM, but set it to 80 / 90% of target RPM. Do not use special break-in fuel mixtures or mix with Castor oil, standard Heli

  • im a newb as well ..

my raptor tail pulley pin flew off with out me knowing and the rear blades werent turning to the right cuz it had no grab .. 4 tanks later i figure this out .. thats what happens when you fly alone and no one in your town has a heli

  • @wcwickedclown Thanks dude you are awesome!

  • @bojna1

    hey thanks my friend

  • @420choky

yes 115 minutes because im a newb i didnt open the rich needle their was no oil on the ground meaning it was to lean .

but we are ready to hover 4 tanks now.

and this motor only need 4 tanks to hover but it was good to idle the first tank anyway.
