  • @271250cl This is because the subdeacon in this video is a Franciscan Friar of the Immaculate. Usually like the other clerics, after leaving mass, they cover their head with the biretta. In this case it is the hooded amice.

  • Lovely. Why does the deacon (sub-deacon?) put his amice over his head at this point? I've never seen this done before.
