There is also the option to go to select the 'export emails' which exports all the emails of Windows live

Great video. You can also backup your Notes and Address book this way. I made 4 Folders - Backup folder- Notes Backup-Address Backup-Email Backup then after copying info into either the Notes/Address/Email folders I put the 3 folders into the Backup Folder and then copies the one folder on to my USB. Simple. Thanks again for the great video.
