De dockers, enseignant a la retraite, aux artistes et activistes culturelles, ce docu-fiction montre l'evolution de cette ville traumatiser par la seconde guerre mondiale, qui voit ses chantiers navales mourirent a petit feu et qui voit son secteur tertiaire grandir a vive allure.

This docu-fiction is a portrait of the city of St Nazaire in France, throwing the eyes of a girl left there for Paris and come back on the roots of her childhood, in St Nazaire.
From dockers, single man teacher, artists and people who makes the city what it is today for this city who were destroyed at 99% during the second world war, The Other Side shown the new angle of a city decided to turn itself into a modern chapter of his history.
