Thanks for your awesome videos! Question, How do you explain something so simple as an allergy or sensitivity OR just that you don't want your child to have store bought milk without getting looks like you have 3 heads. I am Gluten free by choice thanks to my sons sensitivities and I feel amazing but people somehow think its their time to judge your choices. Thought?? :) Thx!

Quick Question. I love butter. I get the high quality, grass fed, deep yellow kind. And I have no adverse reactions to it. Is it necessary to turn the butter into ghee to take with cod liver oil? Or can I just, let's say, take a teaspoon of butter with the cod liver oil? Same effect?
