It is the opposite. A "two state" solution is exactly Appartheid. Currently Israel allows Arabs equal rights. In fact Arabs could become Jewish, and not only would they have the equal rights they already have, but they would simply be Jewish, because Judaism is a (national) religion, which accepts outsiders.
