  • here are the real heroes of operating!

some have natural air-condition;rops or fops forgotten during the production;but i think if your wear cowboyhats it was´nt so bad, even the temperatures in TEXAS.

RESPECT TO THE OLD TIME GUYS AND GREET´S FROM GERMANY...

by the way...america still has very good equipment like CAT 345!!!WORKED ON ONE

  • Did some equipment like these have natural rubber or butyl innertubes in the tires?

  • The Detroit Diesel 16V-71 is the same in the Big Bud 16V-747

  • This video is heart-breaking for 2 reasons: 1/ They dont make REAL machinery/ trucks like 50s, 60s, 70s, even 80s anymore. 2/ This video represents what made America/Canada the great world leaders we once were...Now we ask "Do you want fries w/ that?".

  • I feel like a pussy with my Dana 30

  • Thank you so much for posting these videos. Wonderful footage of not only some amazing machines but a bygone era of American industrial history.

  • sorry guys i meant the cat 992/4 series even still i still think the michigan was the best looker! mean and looked like it was put together with thought.

Thanks for these videos i thought it had all been forgotten. I have posted some pics of the uk ones fabricated at jack oldings hatfield

Its under myspace with the name sldolding- Thanks

  • The size to ration worked better with the 475 back in the day i used to weld these buckets was fun but dirty work lol- will post up a link soon with the pics from those days when the uk had an industry.

  • great video. The letourneau is a great machine but to me did not have the retro look of the clark michigan 675 kitted right out with the larger tyes and larger rock bucket which i believe was 25 sq yard ! This machine was awesome -then i beliieve they did a 50 square yard coal bucket but proved to big as in the 475 had a 12 yard rock and had a 25 yard coal bucket ,,

  • Great Video. Long awaited Video of this loader. Thanks a lot
