He is an ex-servicemen started farming on scientific lines in late sixties after getting training from Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Izatnagar and Department of Animal Husbandry, Punjab, in different areas like bee-keeping, poultry farming, chick sexing, hybrid seed production, fresh vegetable production and seed and fresh flower production.

sir,we were into cultivation of medicinal herbs like Lemongrass,basil,stevia.but left it after having huge loss(thanks to the Consultants).but with god`s grace we are now into contact cultivation. but just because of fraud consultants the 75 % of farmers do not agree to come into cultivation easily despite that the income generated from medicinal herbs touches near to 1 lakh /acre/year.please help us to have our contract cultivation in punjab . i shall be thankful to you
