I only went through the tutorial in this video and I already feel a slight difference. Thank you Coach Rylan. I am a mother of 3 and I breast fed all 3 girls, so gravity has already set in. I'm going to give it a try. Happy Valentine's Day you and yours.

@IndiraMoni69 You have the option to purchase any of the individual booster packs and foundation system together, but if you purchase the bundled offers, you will get a significant savings.

@AdonisBHK01 You are surely right, but maybe you can find a retailer in Germany. It is really too expensive, if you count the Shipping costs and above all 19% Import Sales Tax on the total price. You can really understand my problem! Can you offer me a solution??? Your Programme WORKS! No doubt! I would just know: At the NATURAL LIFT SERIES there are an offer to get the Foundation System alone and the Booster Packs separately or all together. I miss an offer with FS and one BP! Possible?

@IndiraMoni69 no plans for a download version, there are too many dvds in the program and it would take far too long for most people to download - at this time it's just not feasible.
As for the price. For the results you'll get, I would think most people would agree that it's a steal - especially when compared to cosmetic surgery. It's a great product that works, and you get what you pay for.

Your Programme is very good and I can see results after 2 weeks (using the Natural lifts here posted in Youtube), but when I am watching the prices at the corresponding Homepage (see above) - I found them too high! Above all, I am from Germany and it would be helpful to get a cheaper download version because of the high shipping costs to Germany! Thank you for the good programmes, but for me too pricey! I hope you will make a download version - this would be a great thing!
You want to use as much weight as you can that will allow you to reach temporary failure within the given rep range. Not too light, but not too heavy. If your form starts to fall apart, it's too heavy.
