Very cool view! I love the drive from Utah to Palm Springs...we vacation there every year. I agree with you about the diet, the strict diet makes it easier to stick with!
What is your degree in? I am going back to school soon to get my BA and was interested in Environmental Health or Conservation or something along those lines. Just wondering! Keep up the great work on HCG. I package foods over the weekend, and weigh all my meat, to make it easier. It is so easy to do this!! Love it.

I have a couple of AS degrees that apply like Environmental Controls and Safety but by BS is in Business. When I was enlisted with the USAF my career was Safety also.
**Hint** Stick with Environmental. One thing I've learned; the planet will not intentionally do stupid stuff and end up hurting itself.

You are smart to be ready with your food, because that is key to the success of the HCG Diet. So much of our eating it habit and social and this diet really helps make that clear. The next time you DO eat at the Truck Stop, I know you will be aware of the food you are putting in your body. There is nothing wrong with the food, but it depends on if we are going to burn it that day for HIKING or sit on the sofa and have it stored as FAT.
