Ludwig Mies van der Rohe is everywhere

It wouldn't be such a big deal if, say, I saw the bank in Lincoln, and the chairs in Nottingham. But these two are literally about a minute and a half walk away from each other. Its crazy.

the Barcelona chair is everywhere! the Bauhaus is every where. its not that surprising to find Bauhaus design amongst your every day life. in the cafe in leeds college of art and desgin we have a load of Le Corbusier seats and sofas.

Everytime I see the videos I'm tempted to want and work in the UK for a years - oh well, maybe I'll get lucky and after a few years in the job I am in I can transfer to the UK's operations :D

It is really good to see. I grew up in Derby, and I think it's bad that people don't realize what's on their own doorstep. It's pretty crazy the chairs and building are so close together.
