if the kid screamed abuse, so be it, but the police should then bring him to hospital, then lay charges, it is not their job to punish by tasering

Well this is a misleading title if ever I heard one. The kid did not have a broken back when they tased him. They believe, along with doctors, that he was high on LSD (which the hospital didn't check for, regardless of what the women says) Because of the drugs the taser didn't take effect at first so they tased him again at which point he tried to get away and fell over the railing.

So, the kid was saying "kill cops." Yeah, right.
To be honest, I don't buy that part of the story. It seems like it was tacked on there by the cops.
If anything, I believe the kid was not just incapacitated from the back injury, but may have been rendered unconscious from the fall as well. The cops tasered the boy because he couldn't comply.
The cops' claim of the kid saying disturbing things as justification for tasering him reminds me of Uncle Jimbo screaming "It's coming right for us!"

I WOULD LIKE TO BREAK THE OFFICERS BACKS. THEN TASER THEM, AND SEE HOW QUICKLY THEY 'COMPLY'. FUCKING LOW LIFE SCUM OF THE EARTH, HOW CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS? THEY SHOULD BE IN JAIL, INSTEAD THEY'RE TASERING INJURED KIDS.
