Using the mounted spring bar on the Pilates cadillac to do various excecises. Hope you don't think it's too long. There are a lot of different excercises shown.
Very good. The sequence is excellent and the exercises performed with focus and fluidity. It is good to see the lattisimus and seratus muscles working so clearly to stabilize the shoulder girdle in the exercises as well . . .many people don't realize what a vital part of the core they are!
