Kalinga pattong or palook is an ethnic music wherein a flat gongs played with sticks by 8 gong players or more and equally paired with ethnic women dancers. New breed of gong players incorporate the do-re-mi style of music wherein a song like "this is the day", "hundred miles" or "come and go with me "can be played through these gongs.
