I know in the location, not a lot of people make a huge deal about homosexuality. People joke all the time. Then you get bible thumping hicks like in the video who act all weird about it. @bensimps123 i don't know. i'm not every american and not all americans are homophobic. my un-expert guess would be mostly due to such rigid religious beliefs as i hear some of them use the excuse of the bible. other than that, i have no idea.

Its also fallacy that Europeans somehow dont have issues with homosexuals. The only place I ever saw violence against homosexuals was Germany. But this goes hand in hand with a lot of the general attitude of Europeans towards the US. Much of what they choose to criticize is seen at home. Often times more there, than in the US. They just have a particular talent at not acknowledging it. I mean, this was the part of the world that gave us two world wars. And likely the place WW3 would take place.
