While shooting the morning rush hour, I noticed a pair of Pepperidge Farm Bakery workers unloading a covered hopper loaded with flour. Unlike most hoppers which are unloaded through bays in the floor, this one is unloaded through hoses that lead into the bakery. A worker also pounds the sides to loosen up any product that settled during transport. Sorry about the seemingly random clips. I shot them between Metras.

It is not vacuum. There is pumped pressured air from up and opened down, then extra air near where hose begin´s. Air is mixed to powder are it come´s running, then powder air mix is running on hose.
