Congratulations on your purchase! I hope you are enjoying it. I must say that this is one really large knife. Other than owning one just to have one I would be hard pressed as to where I would use it? If I need a blade that big I usually go with one of my Tops fixed blade knives or a machete. That being said I would buy one just for the fun of it.
