Thanks so much for sharing. I learnt alot from this video. Do you know if you can cut off the celery an inch up from the ground for it to regrow? I have just read how you can regrow store bought celery by cutting the base off about an inch or so up from the bottom and then placing the base in a saucer of warm water and it grows roots. Then you place that in the garden and it grows from there. So I wondered if you took a short cut by just leaving the base in the garden and cutting it off?

Doesn't help much when you are holding a store bought celery talking about it. I want to see it from seedling and growing through the summer actually in a garden.
