About For Kids' Sake:
Established in 1991, For Kids' Sake is an international program that raises money to support orphanages and schools in Bangladesh. This work began with the late Shah Sufi Sayed Dayemullah who devoted his life to establishing and operating schools and orphanages. For Kids' Sake has continued his work and helped change the lives of thousands of children in one of the world's poorest countries by providing for their basic needs and education.
For Kids' Sake supports six facilities that provide food, clothing, housing, education and overall care for 500 orphans. These sites also host fully registered schools that offer education from kindergarten through high school to more than 3,000 children from surrounding villages. Over 100 Bangladeshis are employed by FKS facilities and projects, which helps to stimulate the local economy.
