We find that our hero Crash Bandicoot, along with his enemies, host and participate in a fun racing tournament, the winner would receive trophies. Quite a harmless event in between Cortex's attempts at world domination.

But all changes when the self-proclaimed "Fastest racer in the galaxy" Nitrous Oxide, shows up to set a challenge. He (or she?) challenges Crash and the gang to a tournament with an even greater prize... THE FATE OF THE PLANET. If Oxide wins, she (he?) will turn the entire planet into a concrete parking lot, and everyone on the planet will become her (his?) slaves. Will Crash and his friends save their planet (and will we find out if Oxide is a he or a she)? Stay Tuned!
