I've seen draws before to be sure, but draws due to timeout with both players at basically 1hp I have never seen before.
Furthermore, AFKing to see a draw timeout defeats the whole purpose of getting one in the first place.

You've never seen a draw before? It isn't too incredibly rare thanks to Melty's no death by chip damage mechanic, or just having both players be AFK the whole match. Double KO's are more rare than draws in my personal experience, but I've had double digits of each.
