well its training lit to be fair to all the other great liftters at 94kg. I can't wait to see what puts up in competetion though.

They all are. The only thing that differs is how far off a cycle you are on competition day.
It's not even a topic worth discussing really. Just assume every elite lifter is, and then nobody gets disappointed.

im with you, hes obviously working hard, but you dont go from clean and jerking 204 to jerking 240 in under a year with out some "Help"
