Road to the Shire: To the most excellent Sir Peter Jackson

Dear Peter Jackson, On behalf of all Tolkien fandom and Sir Peter Jacksondom we say to you thou art the man. Seriously. Thank you for bringing the magical world of Middle Earth to the silver screen (and thx to everyone who was involved but can't be named here.) We've been trying our bestest to get a hold of you. We know you are busy, but if you could spare even 5 minutes nay even 60 seconds we have a great idea how to include fans in promoting the Hobbit films. Please invite us to the set. We've got our work visas, but shoot we want to volunteer. We'll be interns, tree stumps, personal hydration assistants, WETA workshop boys, sword polishers---literally anything and throwing a bone would not only mean a lot to us but a ton to all the fans that have helped us come this far.
