@firdousstar Yes, she has a voice with some potential. But her stylist clearly needs to find someone else to sponge off (and not her family--or THEY need to ditch the stylist.).

She sings it as well as any twelve year old might sing it.

But don't assume the "faux" emotion in this track isn't seen for what it is either. Mere faux.

How could it be otherwise, given her age?

McVie is the GOLD STANDARD. Anything less...

@Thadesgal Agreed. The Glee version is nice, but overwrought in a way natural and blameless for the young. The Eva Cassidy is pretty, but . . . Christine's version is so soulful, and her piano is perfect. As beautiful a sing as Bridge Over Troubled Waters, it seems to me.

Why can't music be sexy anymore? Christine McVie is just amazing and she is still sooooo sexy!!! This song brings me to tears everytime I hear it and I'm not sure why, just must be Christine's voice!

This is my all time favourite song-10 year old Arianna Morgan has just released her version of Songbird-I first heard it on ITV London Tonight and now listen to it on You Tube - it is absolutely beautiful-it does Christine McVie, and herself proud!
