Man from Atlantis Opening/Theme

Before he was Bobby Ewing on "Dallas," actor Patrick Duffy played Mark, the sole survivor of the undersea land of Atlantis. Co-starring with him in this "very" cheesy 1970s sci-fi show was Belinda Montgomery, who later played Doogie Howser's mother.

My first impression of Sci Fi series that i see when i was young, now, i am 40 years old and keep searching for name and any detail of this series, i cannot remmember even year of release, series name, i remember only Mark Harris and his hand only. 30 years ago, this was the first series I watched on PTV during my childhood but I didn't  remember its name. Thanks to Google, today I found it with an ambiguous search for keywords "classic tv series with man swimming underwater".

Anyone remember an episode where Mark is trapped in a pier, like in a wood cabinet or something and he was running out of time and when someone opens the door he crawls into the ocean gasping for air (or should I say water?) Can anyone tell me what episode was that? Tnx!
