@ Family Nightclub in Fortitude Valley. The first ever DMC I entered. First juggle is Royce the 5'9 on 45. I was pretty nervous this time around. Unanimous first place winner. JYEAH. Some of the other guys in the battle were good. I remember this one kid Tez, a French dude, he killed it! Wonder what he's doing these days... the support and interest for turntablism in Brisbane was great back then...
