they are Sensicore octave viola strings--its from Moondog Guitar in UK who may be out of business now? pickup is good for distortion effects but not clean sound I know..use a Shadow nano sometimes---

Is this a (Fengling) Viola strung with Sensicore Viola octave strings or is it a Violin strung with tuned up Sensicore Violin Bb-, F-, C-, G- strings? - Please buy a better pickup! The chinese manufacturers instal the cheapest piezo cr... - On my chincello, a traditional 15'' viola, I installed a Barcus- Berry- bridge. Sounds fine.
