@laffizzle When you say "slaves" we get an impression like slavery in US south states and killing 50% or more during shipping from Africa.

Talking about slavery of what happend and went on in old Egypt is very far from reality. There seems to have been something totally different going on. I can sympatice with your thoughts, but it's not accurate and more and more historians are painting another picture. We should try to keep a neutral view of those old times, we don't have much to go on..
