Take a look here, in the last two weeks BC has gained 5 "universities"! That is insane! This does exactly the opposite of convincing international (or even national) students to come to BC for high quality post-secondary education. Universities will be seen as a 'dime-a-dozen', with degrees granted worth what?? I love your attempt, but I think you are naive to think that the ministers responsible for this really care. You might want to crank up the volume a bit, turn up the heat, so to speak.

Not only that Raven the Ba Major allows for the integration of other disciplines to prepare for REAL JOBS, like teaching. The BFA is a specialized program focusing on ART only without opportunities other than in the very limited field of Contemporary Art making and presentation.

thanks...the approval is for a BA MAJOR in VISUAL ARTS...(a BFA is an entirely different program...part of the reason WE are demanding the VISUAL ART BA MAJOR is APPROVED! The Major contains components of Business of Art as well as Art History, which the BFA does not require.
