The End of Year Tournament brings together players from the various Hisoutensoku communities in existence to play in a collaborative tournament. The communities featured in this tournament include #hisouten, Soku Lobby, and the Touhou Fight Night Network. This tournament was organized by KikoZakuro. Other organizers include Remilia-Scarlet and LunarSpotlight.

The North American region had 20 players in the tournament.
