Maybe the politicians will stop using China as a personal piggy bank for there special interest groups, if we the people start talk about Stiffing China on the dept. Maybe even follow threw with not buying China goods. That would leave the politicians empty handed and stuck holding the bill. Its the governments dept, not ours.

We need some changes in emminent domain law. It was never intended to be used for economic purposes, to take your property and give it to someone else who will pay more taxes. Certainly not the worst crisis we face, but something that should addressed. This China stuff is silly, I imagine it is a misreading of some treaty or the like by this rumor-monger.
P.S. Why would a comma make a difference in the reading of the 5th amendment? Looks superfulous to me.

The 'public use' is a very fuzzy concept. Some have held it to mean ANY use that serves the public (i.e. a shopping mall) whilst others are more precise - serves the use of the people of the state.
