Yes, I plan to continue for as long as possible. I think doing the videos will help me stay accountable and work through any issues that may arise.

Plese your so inspring please help me,how much will i lose in two weeks or 19 days and can i take vitamans and how much water should i drink im already on day 3 going on day four.please help me out!:)

@btaylin95 I don't recommend taking vitamins. You are using your stores during the fast which has vitamins and minerals in them from overeating. You usually lose weight quickly the first couple of days to a week and then it tapers a bit so you can usually say if you go two weeks it will average out to about a pound a day. If you're thirsty you're not drinking enough. You should drink enough to pee clear 10-12 times a day and at least once at night. It depends on your weight though.

which is best? going into a prolonged water fast, such as yourself. Or easing into it by doing small fasts? I was interested in fasting after i read Paul Braggs book, The Miracle of Fasting. Same reasons as you, to ditch an unhealthy lifestyle and clean house, sorta like a fresh start. Also, would you reccomend doing it while still in school (community college)?

@dethklok111 Very good questions! I am stubborn & like to do things my way. That being said it's best to start out on shorter fasts & ease into it. You could do a 3 day followed with 3 days fresh oj & juicy whole fruits, then a week & so on. If you're going to go for it all then I would recommend having a clear schedule as much as possible. There are days you don't even want to move. However there are some that fast even while working - its your health - do the research & decide from there :)

@dethklok111- I know some people do however the whole point is to release the stores of toxins inside your body's cells whether it be fat, scar tissue, or whatever- to get to this point your body has to enter ketosis where it breaks these cells up and uses what it can (stores of vitamins/minerals or what not from over eating or consuming too much protien) then it gets rid of the stuff it can use = detox. Taking a vitamin kind of defeats the whole purpose of resetting your body.
