The variations are good to see & know but clean execution is key to a successful rep. Anyone can get hurt seriously if not balanced or not practiced enough.

@moexus I feel lower back and core. But superman pushups are for core, lower back, shoulders and lats I think. :/ I think my trapezius burned once I was doing supermans.

very nice exercise, you basically build those hidden muscles cause we barely do movements like that, can anybody tell me what primary muscles are working at 0:38 ?

@moexus i feel it the most in my lower back. Its mostly a back and core exercise.

superman pushup. do you need 2 fall down??? looks strange..

@BiggyBigMouth Which variation were you talking about? The first one was a explosive variatiion so you try to get air, and catch yourself on the way down.... but the movement can be done smoothly up and down as well... The exercise is a substitute for dumbell pullovers, only with more core and no weights.
